SALMON, RICE, SWEETCORN

Back on the diet horse after an annoying bout of flu. Didn’t want to eat for the first week. Just soup for the second week. May have destroyed a bit of diet progress as I had a Five Guys–as it had just opened a drive thru in Hull–a Wendy’s–found a new one in Barlborough–and a Greggs–as I was trying out a new Supercharger in Durham. Didn’t put too much weight on though – exactly 1 pound.
