Tonkotsu ramen in a pork bone broth.

Ramen doesn’t get better than this. Also had extra pork. We had to queue for about 25 minutes, but it was well worth the wait. Travelling companion could not say nicer things about the food.

Ichiran is the restaurant that invented Tonkotsu here in Fukuoka, so we went to ground zero.
