Eggs Benedict, 3 eggs. Years ago we came up with a scheme to fully exploit our £7 breakfast allowance. One person order two Eggs Benedict @ £3.49 each. The the other person orders one Eggs Benedict and a couple of pots of tea. Again comes to around £7. Then you get 3 eggs each and a drink. Can’t do it now as it’s £6 for one and we don’t have a breakfast allowance.
Ingredients Two poached eggs, English muffin, Wiltshire cured ham, Hollandaise sauce, and Rocket.
