Chicken was done in the Air Fryer – From frozen 5mins at 200º to thaw. Spray with a little olive oil, season with Salt and Pepper. Then 25mins at 200º. No need to turn.

Rice is good old white long grain done in the rice cooker. 150g uncooked.
