Eggs Benedict – Muffin, Poached Eggs, Ham, Hollandaise Sauce.
Looks better than it was. The ham and muffin were standard, the hollandaise was OK, however, the eggs tasted of literally nothing. Plus disaster struck as I punctured one of the eggs and yolk spilled out onto porcelain.
